✨ I Manifested What I Prayed For ✨

There comes a moment when you realize all of the healing, all of the tears, all of the late nights questioning yourself, and all of the times you chose not to give up were preparing you for the very thing you were asking for.

For the past year, I have been doing some deep healing work. I have been closing one chapter of my life while intentionally creating space for the next. I spent countless hours visualizing what I wanted my next career opportunity to feel like—not just the position itself, but the energy of it.

I visualized:
✨ Making a greater income
✨ Feeling valued for my gifts
✨ Continuing to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others
✨ Having the financial freedom to pour into the other talents God has given me, including my makeup artistry journey
✨ Waking up excited about my future

And today, I can honestly say God exceeded my expectations.

I attracted a position that aligns with my heart, my purpose, and my vision. A position where I can continue serving others while creating more abundance for myself and my family.

Have you ever been so lost that you didn’t know which way to turn?

Your gas light is on. Your body is exhausted. You’ve asked for help. You’ve hit dead ends. You’ve cried in places no one could see. And then, out of nowhere, a stranger shows up, a door opens, a phone call comes through, or someone says exactly what you needed to hear.

I’ve learned that sometimes God sends angels in human form.

What if the moment you’re ready to quit is actually the moment before your breakthrough?

So many times in our lives, we get tired of being tired. We feel defeated. We wonder if all of our efforts have been for nothing. But often, right when we’re at our breaking point, the blessing arrives.

The job offer.
The opportunity.
The healing.
The answer.
The person.
The open door.

Don’t give up five minutes before your miracle.

Triggers Are Not the Problem—They Are the Invitation

A trigger isn’t a sign that you’re failing.

A trigger is often an invitation to pay attention to the part of you that is still carrying pain, grief, fear, rejection, abandonment, or unprocessed emotions.

For years, I thought being triggered meant I wasn’t healing. What I’ve learned is that healing doesn’t mean you never get triggered again. It means you respond differently when you do.

Instead of running from it…
Sit with it.

Instead of judging yourself…
Get curious.

Ask yourself:
✨ What is this trigger trying to show me?
✨ What part of me needs compassion right now?
✨ What wound is asking to be seen and heard?

Your triggers are not proof that you’re broken.
They are signposts pointing you back to yourself.

Be gentle with yourself. Healing isn’t about never being activated. It’s about learning how to love yourself through the activation.

💛 The trigger is not the enemy.
💛 The trigger is the teacher.

We often think grief is only about losing a loved one, but grief can also be the process of letting go of a version of yourself that no longer serves you.

You may grieve old identities, old dreams, old relationships, old beliefs, or the person you had to be just to survive.

And that’s okay.

There is no timeline for grief.
No deadline.
No right or wrong way to move through it.

Allow yourself to feel what comes up.
The sadness.
The anger.
The relief.
The confusion.
The acceptance.

Every emotion has something to teach you.

Be gentle with yourself as you release what no longer fits and make room for who you are becoming.

Grief takes what it takes.

And sometimes, honoring your healing means mourning the person you once were while celebrating the person you’re growing into.

✨ Give yourself grace.
✨ Trust your process.
