There's nothing like diving into a good book while traveling - especially when it's written by a friend!

Dr. Shannon recently picked up "Hello David," by internationally recognized marketing strategist and trusted voice to the Aim Hearing team, Oli Luke. In it, he discusses how to build a business capable of overcoming the Goliaths in an industry. It's a prospect all too familiar for many small businesses of the world, especially our own.

But where those giants of industry may appear to have more resources and more to offer, they often ignore patient experience and forget that establishing a connection is integral to delivering quality care.

Industries constantly shift and we'll always be innovating and improving our approach, standing up to Goliath as only David would. But we'll never compromise on what matters most: delivering treatment of the highest quality and strengthening our bond with you, our community.

Upgrading your hearing aids? There's more to do than throw them out. You can:

The Hearing Aid Project (and other charitable organizations, like Help America Hear) accepts hearing aid donations of any type, age, or condition to be determined if they can be refurbished and given to recipients.

♻️ Recycle
Some electronic waste recycling centers may accept hearing aids. Check with your local recycling facility to see if they have the capacity to handle hearing aids or if they can direct you to an appropriate facility.

✌️ Keep as a Backup
If your old hearing aids are still functional, you might consider keeping them as a backup in case your current ones malfunction or need repairs. This can be especially helpful if you have a spare set for emergencies.
