Join us TODAY for our Soma Flow event!

What if your body has been communicating long before your mind slowed down enough to listen?

Soma Flow is a guided somatic movement experience rooted in:
- awareness
- alignment
- intentional release
- nervous system support
- embodied connection

This is not yoga.

This is not therapy.

This is not performance.

It is a community-centered practice designed to support reconnection with the body through movement, breath, reflection, and presence.

You do not need experience.

You do not need flexibility.

You do not need to “do it right.”

You only need willingness to pause and reconnect.

Hosted by Points of Origin Counseling.

Your body may be asking for your attention: stress adaptation, body awareness, nervous system overload, slowing down, intentional reconnection

Soma Flow is not about performance. It is about returning to yourself with awareness.

What does release actually mean?

Release refers to:
- emotional holding
- tension patterns
- somatic integration
- movement as awareness
- gentle nervous system support

Release is not forcing something out. Sometimes release begins with finally feeling safe enough to notice what has been there.

What have you been needing more of lately: Stillness, movement, softness, expression, or connection?

Returning to yourself is not always dramatic.

Sometimes it looks like:
- noticing your breath
- slowing your pace
- honoring your limits
- reconnecting with your body
- allowing rest without guilt

Over time, consistency in somatic practices can support:
- Greater awareness
- Emotional flexibility
- Intentional release
- Connection between awareness and action

Not everything held in the body arrives as words.

Sometimes emotion arrives as:
- Restlessness
- Fatigue
- Irritability
- Tightness
- Emotional disconnection
- Feeling “stuck”

Movement can create opportunities for awareness and expression where language may not immediately reach.

Movement can feel emotional because of:
- Stored tension
- Body memory
- Increased awareness
- Nervous system activation/release

Somatic movement practices support awareness of how stress, emotion, and experience may be reflected through posture, breath, pacing, tension patterns, and physical sensation.

The goal is not perfection.

The goal is presence.

Capacity building is not about becoming emotionally numb.

It is about increasing the nervous system’s ability to move through experiences with greater awareness, flexibility, grounding, and recovery.

Somatic practices may help support this process by strengthening the connection between the body, awareness, and emotional regulation.

What helps you feel most grounded lately?

This week’s Soma Flow experience focuses on building awareness and strengthening the connection between movement, breath, and
nervous system regulation.

Come as you are.

Move at your own pace.

Rest when needed.

Consistency creates familiarity.

Familiarity can support safety.

Safety may support release.

A slower morning.

Tea in silence.

Stretching before checking your phone.

Walking without rushing.

Breathing deeply before responding.

Somatic integration often begins in small moments of awareness.

Before entering a new week, pause and ask yourself: What has my body been carrying lately that I have not fully acknowledged?

Soma Flow supports gentle capacity building through intentional movement, reflection, breath, and embodied awareness.
