Come connect with your community and get access to helpful information and resources. The first guests will receive free diaper bags, baby wipes, diapers and clothing so get there early!

We're excited to partner with the Eli Collins Foundation for Premature Babies for another maternal mental health event!

New and expecting parents are invited to join us for a day of educational sessions for parents, baby item giveaways, lunch, games and self-care activities.

If you're working nights, in a different time zone, or just up in the middle of the night with your baby and want to talk to other parents who get it....there's a group for that 🌙

Starting on May 20 (one week from today), we are adding a new time for our Perinatal Mood Support for Moms and Birthing People Support Group 💙 You'll be able to join group at 1:30 am Eastern Time on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month.

PSI Support groups are online, confidential, and always free.

The March application cycle for our perinatal mental health training scholarship is now open‼️

This opportunity is available to clinical and nonclinical providers committed to expanding their knowledge and skills in perinatal mental health.

Through this scholarship, we’re working to strengthen the network of providers who can support families during the perinatal period.
