We're thrilled to announce that Baughman Child Development Center has earned our STAR 3 designation! ⭐⭐⭐

This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our amazing staff, who go above and beyond every day to provide a safe, nurturing, high-quality learning environment for our children.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible teachers, support staff, kitchen staff, Directors, supportive families, and everyone who helped us reach this milestone!

Our Baughman CDC toddlers had a SPOOK-tacular time exploring pumpkins! 🍂👻

Little hands were busy scooping, squishing, touching, and discovering all the ooey-gooey goodness inside! 🎃🙌

Who knew pumpkin carving could be so much FUN and full of learning? 💛

✨ Fine Motor Fun: Scooping seeds, pulling out pumpkin guts, and exploring with little fingers help strengthen those tiny hand muscles!

✨ Texture Exploration: Slimy, squishy, sticky, and smooth! Our toddlers experienced so many different textures through hands-on sensory play!

✨ Learning Through Play: Curiosity, exploration, giggles, and lots of messy little hands made this a perfect fall adventure! 🍁

We’re excited to introduce two wonderful members of our teaching team!

👶 Meet Ms. Lexi, our Infant Room Teacher!
Ms. Lexi loves spending time with her sister and her sister’s children. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, knitting, and watching Once Upon a Time. She is also an animal lover with two dogs and two cats!

🧸 Meet Ms. Deanna, our Toddler 1 Teacher!
Ms. Deanna enjoys reading, movies, crafts, and relaxing at home. She loves her family, her three grown daughters, and her two Boston Terriers, Panda and Piper. Her favorite places include Disney World and Georgian Bay, Ontario.

We’re so happy to have Ms. Lexi and Ms. Deanna caring for, teaching, and supporting our little ones each day. Please help us show them some love! ❤️

We are excited to introduce Ms. Angel Carey and Ms. Carly Ayers, the wonderful teachers in our Toddler 2 classroom!

Ms. Angel brings creativity, confidence, and lots of personality to the classroom. Ms. Carly loves new adventures and isn’t afraid to get messy with fun crafts! Together, they create a caring, playful, and engaging environment where our toddlers can learn, explore, and grow.
