GVS June Employee of the Month: Brett Odom
Since joining the Pavilion Activities team in December 2022, Brett Odom has become an extraordinary source of energy, creativity, and compassion for our residents and team members alike. His exceptional work ethic and commitment to excellence are evident in everything he does. Whether introducing fresh and engaging activity ideas or ensuring every detail is in place before the day is done, Brett consistently demonstrates the reliability and dedication that make such a meaningful difference.
What truly distinguishes Brett, however, is the genuine care he has for each resident. He creates welcoming, engaging experiences where residents feel valued, connected, and encouraged to thrive. Brett doesn't simply lead activities. He builds relationships. He consistently goes above and beyond to create extraordinary impressions, finding thoughtful and personal ways to ensure residents feel special, important, and celebrated even after transitioning from the Pavilion. Most recently, he made personal deliveries to residents living in the Arms, providing meaningful moments of connection that exemplify our commitment to hospitality.
Brett's kindness, compassion, and servant-hearted approach reflect the very best of Greenwood Village South.
