Big thank you to and & for hosting a tremendously awesome CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification this past weekend! The information was great, the instructors were top flight, and it’s cool after 11 years of CrossFitting that I garnered my CF-Level 1 Trainer cert earlier today. Celebrated with an appropriately modified main site (yesterday’s )workout this evening.

Huge congratulations to our chiropractic interns that walked through graduation ceremonies today for University of Western States!! These amazing people do so so much for our patients and this is achievement does not come easily. I feel fortunate to have them here year after year and it is with great pride I watch another group graduate. They will all officially finish their doctoral program in September and December. Great job Active Motion Team!

Spinal stenosis is a narrowing of the spaces in your spine, which can put pressure on the nerves that travel to your arms and legs. Spinal stenosis occurs most often in the lower back and the neck.
