Glute work is SO important, I can’t stress it enough. It plays a major role in pain relief and overall balance. If you’ve never considered including it in your sessions, now is the time. The level of relief it provides is unmatched, and once it becomes part of your routine, you won’t go back.
Don’t be afraid to ask for glute work, we all need it.🫶🏼💪🏼
