Kona loves watching the birds and was especially excited when a little woodpecker came to visit. I asked her about it and she said “this is fun” and I felt her excitement in my chest. She also said “it’s loud” 🐱✨🐦‍⬛ 💛

We said goodbye to our sweet Pearl a few days before Christmas.
We were able to let her go peacefully at home surrounded by love.
My heart is heavy but I’m so grateful for all the love she shared, adventures we went on together, lessons she taught, and happiness she brought into our lives.
She will always be with is. ❤️🐶✨🌈🐾

This time of year can feel busy, emotional, joyful, and overwhelming, sometimes all at once. ❄️

When I start to feel scattered, it’s my animals who bring me back. A quiet moment beside them, some deep breaths, and I’m grounded again. They remind me to slow down and be present. ❤️

I like to sit next to them, with my eyes closed, and take 5 belly breaths. I inhale slowly through my nose, feeling my lower belly fill with air, then exhale through my mouth. If I have time, I spend a minute or two with this breath but even just a few can help to shift your energy. ✨

If you’re feeling the holiday swirl, take a moment to pause with your animal today. Feel their energy and let it help you settle. They’re always offering us so much love. 💛 🐾
