Words don’t come close to capturing your beauty. The special moments, the days, the feeling. How can someone be blessed so deeply that they get to hold a lifetime of so much beauty and joy. Even awareness in the moment of the impermanence does no justice - ignorance is bliss. I loved you, you humbled me, you held me, you gave me a home in your garden - the safest garden I’ve ever felt, the friendships, the knowledge and skills, it’s as if you grew roots around me. You showered me. You healed me. You gave me friendship, family, peace, and more. Mahalo nui loa, Maruuru roa 💕

**POV: Everything works out... but I don’t know that yet. 🤍**

Sometimes I wonder if Heaven looks a little different than we imagine.

Maybe it’s less like someone disappointed in our mistakes and more like a loving parent smiling as a child learns to walk.

We panic. We stumble. We slide backward. We wonder if we’ll ever make it.

But from a higher perspective, the ending is already known.

Like watching a child’s first swimming lesson—you know they’ll splash, hesitate, and swallow a little water, but you also know they’re safe. Their struggle isn’t meaningless; it’s how they become stronger.

Maybe we’re like that more often than we realize.

The things that feel overwhelming today may one day become the stories that shaped us. The setbacks we think are failures may just be another attempt on the way to becoming who we’re meant to be.

Maybe God isn’t rolling His eyes at us.

Maybe He’s delighting in our courage to get up and try again, cheering us on with far more patience and love than we can imagine.

So if today feels like you’re sliding backward...

Try again.
