❤️🩹 7 Years of Healing ✨
🤩 Today, we celebrate a milestone: 7 incredible years of serving our community! The number 7 symbolizes completion, but for us, it also marks a new chapter in our growth and commitment to providing holistic mental health care.
❤️🩹 From starting as a small practice offering individual therapy, we’ve blossomed into a vibrant team of passionate therapists, educators, and healers. Together, we’ve expanded our services to include yoga therapy, group therapy, cannabis education, and specialized support for formerly incarcerated individuals.
❤️🩹 Through every session, workshop, and connection, we’ve worked to heal generational trauma, support justice-impacted communities, and create safe spaces for growth and empowerment.
