Hammonton Center is a member of the Centers Health Care family. Hammonton Center is a 220 bed facility that offers services and treatments for virtually every type of health care need. Our services include Pain Management, Tracheostomy Care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, Cardiac Care, Stroke Therapy, Amputee Therapy, Post-Surgery Care, On-Site Dialysis nurses, and Bariatric Rehabilitation.

Success starts with determination 💙

Mr. Lonnie Laselva came to Hammonton Center after a significant medical setback and worked hard with our rehab team to regain his independence. Today, he is ambulating with a prosthesis and rolling walker and is now set to return home. We are proud to have been part of his recovery journey and celebrate this incredible milestone!
