🖤💛 JOHN HANSON AUTUMN DATES 💛🖤

Hoping all of the new Year 7s have had a lovely first day today 🥰 and that all of my gorgeous John Hanson crew are feeling ready for their first day back tomorrow!!! 🖤💛

I can’t actually believe it!!… just like that… we’re heading into another school year! ✨

This is going to be a BIG one for me at John Hanson. I think this is the biggest Year 11 group I’ve had during my 9 years working there — and the majority of them I’ve been seeing since they first started in Year 7. 🥹

So yes… I’m already preparing myself for another emotional one!!! 🥹🤍

But we are SO READY FOR THIS!!!! 💪🏼✨

2026–2027… WE ARE READY FOR YOU!!! 🖤💛

And with that… I can finally release my AUTUMN DATES!!! 👏🏻✨

✨ Monday 14th September
✨ Monday 28th September
✨ Monday 19th October

Sessions will remain the same as always:

🤍 30-minute one-to-one sessions
🤍 £25 per session
🤍 Now based in Miss Coster’s room on the balcony
🤍 Tuesday dates will be back in the main reception room

Where did that weekend go again??? 😳 And where has Monday gone already?!! These weeks are absolutely flying!! 😂

So, a quick little check-in as this week is looking super busy before I take a couple of weeks to rest, recharge and reset 🥰✨

✨ THROWBACK THURSDAY ✨

A little trip down memory lane today… 🥰

Looking back at the wellbeing tour I was lucky enough to be involved with for Aster, just before Covid changed everything! 🤍

Taking Reiki and wellbeing out into the workplace, meeting so many lovely people and creating a little space in busy working days to pause, breathe and reset. ✨

It’s funny to look back now and realise just how much has changed since these photos were taken — but my passion for supporting people’s wellbeing hasn’t changed one bit. 🥰

Workplace wellbeing has always been such a special part of what I do, and I’m so grateful for all of the businesses, schools and organisations who have invited me in over the years. 🤍

Here’s to the throwbacks… and to many more wellbeing days to come! ✨
