People often think professional cuddling is just about the cuddles.

The truth is, it's about connection.

I remember my clients' stories, their favorite snacks and movies, their injuries and allergies, their worries and their wins. I celebrate their successes, listen when life gets hard, and provide a safe space where they can simply exist without judgment.

Part of why this work matters so much to me is because I know what it's like to feel unseen, lonely, or touch-starved. I know what it's like to wonder whether anyone truly cares.

Everyone deserves to feel like they matter.

Sometimes healing looks like a conversation. Sometimes it looks like laughter. Sometimes it looks like a long hug after a difficult week.

The touch is important, but what I'm really offering is connection, comfort, and the reminder that someone cares. 💖

I feel like I should share something here, but I don't really know what to say. 😅

I found my way to cuddle therapy because I know what it is to be lonely, even in a relationship. My (ex)husband and I spent a lot of time together but there wasn't really a connection anymore, no real conversation, limited physical intimacy of all kinds, just feeling... Starved.
I learned about cuddle therapy and it just seemed right. I've always loved connecting with people, helping, and I know from my own experience what it's like to go without something so vital as basic human touch/connection.

I have met some of the most wonderful people through my work already, it brings me so much joy. 🥰
