Have you ever eaten something because:
“Everyone else is having it.”
“I don't know when I'll get this again.”
“We're on vacation.”
“I already paid for it.”
Or simply:
“I just want it.”
Sometimes underneath that is food FOMO.
But enjoying the experience doesn't mean you have to maximize the amount of food you eat.
Maybe you want the whole thing.
Maybe a few bites give you exactly what you wanted.
Maybe you realize you could have it again tomorrow.
This week we're talking about food FOMO, scarcity, “worth it,” and how to enjoy food without using permission as an excuse to stop taking care of yourself.
Because you can have anything you want—and you can trust yourself to figure out HOW you want to have it.

“I've got to stop snacking at night.”
Maybe.
But first I want to know:
Why do you want to eat?
Are you physically hungry?
Do you just want something because it sounds good?
Or is nighttime the first moment all day when nobody needs anything from you—and food has become the thing you finally get to do for yourself?
This week, we're looking underneath nighttime snacking instead of simply trying to stop it.
Because sometimes the snack isn't the problem.
Sometimes we need to figure out what you're actually needing.

Have you ever been so stressed that you thought, “I don't even care right now”?
You don't care about the plan.
You don't care if you're hungry.
You don't care if you overeat.
You just need SOMETHING to make this feel better.
But I don't think you've actually stopped caring.
This week, we're talking about why stress can make food feel like your only option, why “I don't care” can give you a temporary feeling of control, and how to start asking a different question:
What IS in my control right now?
And no—the goal isn't to never eat ice cream when you're stressed again.
The goal is to know you have options and trust yourself to choose one.

You Didn’t Murder Anyone. You Ate French Fries.

Do you ever feel like you’re either:
✔ “good” with food
OR
❌ completely failing?

So many women are carrying around guilt and shame over food all day long.

Tonight we’re talking about:
✨ why food is NOT a moral issue
✨ how guilt creates all-or-nothing eating
✨ why women constantly “start over Monday”
✨ how to make supportive choices without restriction
✨ my Good / Better / Best framework

Because honestly?
One slice of pizza does not ruin your progress.
French fries do not determine your worth.
And sustainable eating should support your life… not consume your life 💛

If you’re exhausted by:
·       food guilt
·       perfectionism
·       emotional eating
·       “cheat meal” cycles
·       constantly starting over
…this Live is for you.

People have a LOT to say about weight loss right now.
Especially when it comes to GLP-1s.
And what I see happening over and over again is this…
Women are already carrying:
* guilt
* shame
* frustration
* years of trying
…and then we layer on other people’s opinions.
“That’s the easy way.”“You should be able to do it on your own.”“I thought you’d have lost more by now.”
😒
Here’s the truth:
There is no “right” way to lose weight.
There’s the way that works for YOU.
And you don’t owe anyone:
* an explanation
* your medical decisions
* or access to your progress
You get to decide what you share.
You’re the gatekeeper.
If this is something you struggle with—the opinions, the pressure, the second guessing…
That’s exactly the kind of work I do with my clients.

I didn’t think I could do this.
Not because I’m not capable……but because I had already decided I wasn’t.

And that’s the part no one talks about.

It’s not the rope.It’s not the workout.It’s not even the food.

It’s the story you’ve been repeating:👉 “I’ll try when I feel ready.”👉 “I’ll start when life calms down.”👉 “I’m just not consistent.”

Today, I tried anyway.

And that’s exactly how my clients start losing weight too.
Not perfectly.Not confidently.Just… willing.
