We had an excellent first month of sales at Truly Local, and we are looking forward to even more sales as we approach fall and the holidays. Our most popular items includes our bottled raw Honey (in various sizes and containers), Honey sticks, Honey Blossom soap bars & bits, and our Bug Off! & Bug Out! (all natural/hand crafted insect repellent spray and sting & bite relief balm).

As fall and cold season approaches, we will be adding our favorite winter apothecary items.... DIY Elderberry Syrup kits, Breathe Tea'sier (Mullein/Spearmint tea), and Nature's Pourin' on Relief (our handcrafted skin healing balm).

Please take an opportunity to visit us and other small, local businesses in the Valley Mall. There is something for everyone in Truly Local and it's the perfect place to shop for unique gifts.

We had a great 2 days of sales while set up at the Valley Mall on Friday & Saturday, so decided to take Sunday off for a relaxing and rejuvenating 5 mile float from west of town back to home in Hancock. What did you do to connect with & enjoy the outdoors this past weekend?!

Our family stayed at our cabin in WV over the weekend. We did a lot of fishing, played on our jet skis, and visited Smokehole Caverns...which even kept the teenagers entertained. What did you do to enjoy to outdoors over the weekend?

So excited! With assistance from my teen sons this week, we were able to wrap up everything at our new little storefront in Truly Local at the Valley Mall. The couple who owns it are amazingly dedicated to their store and vendors, and are re-opening earlier than expected, this Friday, July 10th!

There are so many unique vendors and cool gift items in the store... Stop in and support us and 40+ other small, local businesses! ❤️

We are in the process of moving into the newly relocated Truly Local store in the Valley mall, opening this Friday, July 10th! It is such a great store full of local, small businesses like ourselves, and is filled with unique gifts for yourself and others... Honey collection day!! We're getting more efficient each year, and in our 3rd year of collection, it only took about 4.5 hours to extract about 160 pounds from 4 very full honey supers! We are very grateful to have a cool garage to work in on such a blazing Independence Day!!

We had a great time meeting the fun family who owns and runs Happy Hills Campground, Hancock Md and selling our honey products at their local vendor event on Saturday. As we were leaving, I had a serendipitous moment with this gorgeous pair of Eastern tiger swallowtails in the parking lot. 😍
