Mediforce LLC is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our McAllen office. If you enjoy helping patients and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments
Greet and assist patients
Answer incoming phone calls
Verify and collect patient information
Assist with medical paperwork and documentation
Provide outstanding customer service
Support daily office operations
Qualifications:
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
✅ Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
✅ Experience in a DME company, medical office, physician's office, or healthcare reception preferred
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
