My practice name is rooted in the ancient Zimbabwean philosophy of Ubuntu "a person is human through others", or more simply "I am what I am because of who we all are". I am a solution-focused therapist and intuitive healer. My eclectic treatment model helps my clients by combining principles from: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Group Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, & Psychoeducation
