We’re so proud to announce that Robbie Strickland, RN, BSN, is the recipient of the 2nd Quarter 2026 DAISY Nurse Award at Carolina Pines!

Robbie joined the Carolina Pines family in January 2025, bringing nearly two decades of nursing experience and a deep commitment to compassionate care. His dedication to continued growth recently led him to earn his Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

His impact is best reflected in the words of the patient who nominated him: “Even when I was moved out of ICU, he still came to check on me, and that meant an awful lot to me, especially as sick as I was.”

That simple act speaks volumes about the kind of nurse Robbie is. His compassion, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond embody everything the DAISY Award represents.

Please join us in congratulating Robbie, our DAISY Award winner for the 2nd Quarter of 2026!

We couldn’t be more excited to recognize Tracy Robinson as Carolina Pines’ Outstanding Manager of the 2nd Quarter of 2026!

Tracy is one of those special people who makes Carolina Pines better simply by being part of it. Her journey has taken her from CNA and Physical Therapy Tech to Administrative Coordinator, Manager, and now a leader within our growing Occupational Medicine Department. No matter the role, she has always brought the same incredible work ethic, caring heart, and genuine desire to help others succeed.

One nomination shared that Tracy “leads with sincerity and integrity, treating all staff with fairness, respect, and compassion” - and we can’t imagine a more perfect way to describe her. She pours her heart into her team, our patients, and the Hartsville community, always showing up with kindness, encouragement, and, of course, a cup of coffee never too far away!

Tracy is the kind of leader people trust, respect, and truly love working alongside. We are so fortunate to have her as part of the Carolina Pines family and incredibly grateful for the difference she makes each day.

Please help us shower her with congratulations on this very well-deserved recognition!
