National Black Nurses Association - Illinois South Suburban Chapter The Official Page of the Illinois South Suburban Chapter of the National Black Nurse's Association.

Our Vision: To promote an atmosphere that encourages Love, empowers and creates positive personal and professional relationships within the nursing community with an emphasis upon the elimination of the healthcare disparities. Our Mission: To promote equitable healthcare through health promotion, disease prevention, health management delivered through healthcare education both community and academia. Our health awareness projects will be offered by a caring diverse nursing workforce in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team. Our goal is to provide a nurturing atmosphere in which we welcome and mentor future nurses and help them develop into caring, compassionate health care providers and change agents.

Hello, Community!

All May long, each gallon of Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade, Sunjoy, or Tea helps fight homelessness in our community. For every gallon purchased, Chick-fil-A Homewood will donate $5 to South Suburban PADS, up to $2,000.
