rooms of various sizes and can even accommodate couples. Our long-tenured staff works hard to establish close personal relationships, which makes all the difference when caring for residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments. While we pride ourselves in caring for our residents through end of life, we offer the same level of care to residents who may visit seasonally, or to family caregivers looking for respite. Rosewood Manor is a former sea captain's house dating back to the mid 1800's. This charming antique is located in the heart of historic Harwich, nestled amongst private homes. Rosewood boasts a lovely landscape with mature plantings and multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Over the years, we have expanded and modernized, while retaining the charm of olde Cape Cod. We welcome you to visit our home and see for yourself!

We recently had a visit from kids who attend Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter School. They were so genuine and kind! Each spent quality time with our residents, playing board games, painting and even singing and dancing. There were smiles all around!

Rosewood Manor, located in Harwich, is seeking compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our team for night shift openings (11p–7a).

We provide a supportive work environment in a warm, home-like setting with a maximum 27-bed census, allowing for excellent staff-to-resident ratios and truly personalized care.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Long-term care experience (preferred)
* A passion for working with adults with cognitive impairment
* Dependability, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to quality resident care

This is a wonderful opportunity for New Grads or nurses not quite ready to retire who are looking for a slower-paced position where they can make a meaningful difference every shift.
