Courage Counseling, LCSW, P.C. is a growing, therapist-owned private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, couples, and families throughout New York. We believe that when clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered, they are able to provide the highest quality care to their clients.

We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team in full-time or part-time W-2 telehealth positions. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking the flexibility of working remotely while being part of a collaborative and supportive practice.

🌿 Growth isn’t always obvious.

Nature has a way of reminding us that growth happens quietly, strength is rooted deeply, and light always finds a way through.

Healing often looks the same.

It isn’t always marked by dramatic breakthroughs or overnight change. More often, it’s found in the small moments:
✨ Choosing to show up when it’s hard.
✨ Setting a boundary for the first time.
✨ Offering yourself compassion instead of criticism.
✨ Taking one more step forward, even after a setback.

Like the roots of a tree growing unseen beneath the surface, the work you do in therapy is building resilience, creating stability, and preparing you to weather life’s storms.

If you don’t feel like you’ve “arrived” yet, that’s okay. Growth is rarely loud, and healing is rarely linear. Trust that even when you can’t see the progress, change is taking place.

Are you a passionate therapist looking for a flexible, supportive, and fully remote opportunity?

At Courage Counseling, LCSW, P.C., we’re growing—and we’re looking for a dedicated clinician to join our team!

Position: Psychotherapist (LMSW or LCSW)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Fully Remote (NY-based clients)

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working in a private practice setting
• Strong clinical skills with individuals (teens and/or adults)
• Comfortable providing telehealth therapy
• Motivated, organized, and collaborative
• Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation (notes completed promptly after sessions)

What We Offer:
• $45–$55 per completed session (based on experience)
• Flexible scheduling
• Supervision provided
• Supportive, growth-oriented team environment
• Streamlined systems so you can focus on clinical work
