The steady rhythm of the drum creates an opportunity to turn inward, connect with your own inner wisdom, and experience what unfolds when we give ourselves permission to simply be present.

And if you’ve never experienced Shamanic Drumming before, you are welcome.

There is nothing you need to know beforehand.
