Join us for Rock Steady Boxing!

Wednesday, June 17-Rock Steady Boxing at the Ellis Public Library-907 Washington St in Ellis from 3:00-4:00. This is a change in location due to remodeling happening at the Hays library.
For the boxing session, our local group joins Meadowlark Parkinson's Program via zoom to participate in this non-contact fitness program for people with Parkinson's. The class is instructed by a certified coach.

A Care Partners' Meeting will take place in another room of the library during Rock Steady boxing.

The monthly Parkinson's meeting will be tomorrow, Thursday, May 7th. We will begin at 1:30 at the Messiah Lutheran Church.

Come prepared for a lot of fun and laughter-just what the doctor ordered!

There will also be an option for those interested to view the Meadowlark Parkinson's Program education session via zoom-Understanding Parkinson's Medications: Updates, Safety, & Everyday Tips.
