Our next workshop in the Sacred Seasons Series takes place on Sunday, September 13, 2026 from 1-3:00pm in downtown Hayward.

Gathering What Sustains Us

As summer softens toward autumn, we are invited to pause and reflect on what nourishes, grounds, and supports us. Through art, reflection, and symbolic gathering, participants will create a personal grounding vessel filled with natural objects and meaningful representations of the people, places, values, and practices that are supportive. This workshop offers an opportunity to cultivate gratitude, connection, and a tangible reminder of the resources we carry within and around us.

No art experience needed — just curiosity and an open heart.
Session is $30 and includes all art materials.
Limited number of participants in order to create a more intimate setting. Spaces are already filling up so I recommend booking soon!
You will receive a confirmation email with full details 2 days prior to the event.

Unraveling & Becoming

Introducing Sacred Seasons: A Year of Art, Magic, and Reflection

A Monthly Seasonal Workshop Series

Join us for a creative journey through the seasons. Through these 1.5-2 hour workshops, we will explore self-expression, reflection, and renewal through artmaking, magic, and journal writing inspired by nature’s cycles of the year. Greetings!

As the heat of summer invites transformation, this art therapy workshop explores themes of release, resilience, and renewal. Through reflective practices and mixed media art making, participants will be guided to let go of what no longer serves them and create from what remains - honoring the quiet embers within that continue to glow, grow, and rise. Join us on Sunday, July 12, 2026 from 1-3:00pm in downtown Hayward, as we embark on this journey.

Our next workshop in the Sacred Seasons series is less than 2 weeks away with only 3 spots remaining!

On Sunday, April 26, 2026 from 1-3pm in downtown Hayward, step into your strength and (re)connect with your inner warrior. Through guided reflection, journaling, and symbolic art-making, this workshop helps you explore courage, resilience, and personal power. Uncover the qualities that make you bold, confident, and aligned, and bring them to life in a safe, supportive, and inspiring space.

March carries the energy of transition. It marks the shift from winter to spring, from dormancy to emergence. The days grow longer, light returns, and what has been quietly forming beneath the surface begins to stir. March reminds us that growth doesn’t begin when we see it, it begins in the unseen.

In this spirit of awakening, we turn inward. Just as the earth holds its own wisdom about when to bloom, we each carry an inner knowing - a quiet oracle within. In this month’s workshop, we’ll explore that inner voice through art and reflection by creating a personal oracle card that gives form to the guidance already living inside us.

Join us on Sunday, March 22 from 1:00-2:30pm in downtown Hayward where we will use brief meditation, collage art making, and reflection in a quiet historic home.

Greetings!

On Sunday, May 17, 2026 from 1:00-3:00pm in downtown Hayward, dive deep into your inner landscape and nurture the roots of your being. Through creative expression and reflective practices, this workshop guides you to awaken abundance, embrace growth, and bloom into the fullness of your potential.

For this workshop, we will imagine our inner world as a landscape. Beneath the surface are our roots: what grounds us, where we come from, what has shaped us, and what keeps us grounded. Participants will create an art piece within a wooden box using materials found in nature (pressed flowers, moss, sticks, etc.) and other mixed media.

No art experience is needed—just curiosity and an open heart.
Session is $25 and includes all art materials.
A limited number of participants will be accepted to create a more intimate setting. Book now before spaces fill up!
