Hey girlies! Ok, since we have the Old Soldiers Reunion parade & festivities tonight and next week the school’s Open House, let’s make a plan to reconvene on Thursday, August 13th for our next meeting! Enjoy these few last days with your kiddos before school starts back & I will see you soon. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I wanted to let everyone know that we won’t be having support group tonight.

The truth is, I just don’t have the emotional capacity to pour into others this week & I’ve learned that I can’t pour from an empty cup. As much as I hate having to cancel, I also believe it’s important to practice what we encourage in group, which is recognizing when we need to slow down, reset & give ourselves grace.

So tonight, that’s exactly what I’m gonna do & I hope you’ll give yourselves permission to do the same whenever you need it. We’ll be back next week. Love ya & you matter 🫶🏼

If you are coming to support group tonight, our shared space has a prior reservation that ends right at 6:30pm, so in order to give them their space and privacy, meet me on the smoking porch please and do not use front door. Also please use street parking so we don’t block them in the driveway. Love ya bye!🫶🏼

Don’t forget! Support group tonight!

Don’t forget! Support group tonight!

This week we will be discussing “Focusing on the Positives”, some folks like to call this noticing “glimmers” 🤩

Life isn’t always easy & neither is recovery or healing. This week’s group isn’t about pretending the hard things don’t exist or forcing ourselves to “just be positive.” It’s about learning to acknowledge the difficult moments without letting them become the only thing we see. Where we focus our attention is often where our energy goes.

What if we started noticing the progress we’ve made, the strengths we’ve built & the good that’s still present, even on the hardest days?🫶🏼

Please join us for our free weekly Women’s Peer Support Group, a safe, welcoming space for anyone on a healing journey.

We take a holistic approach, blending evidence-based recovery tools with creative activities and supportive peer connection. Using therapeutic art, creative expression and reflection, we help women process emotions, build self-awareness, and find healing in a supportive, casual, fun & safe space. And we always have a drawing for a door prize!

This is a “come as you are” group. You dont have to talk, share, or introduce yourself. Just show up.

All women 18 and older are welcome!

🖤 Whether you’re recovering from substance use, trauma, incarceration, or simply trying to rebuild your life, you are welcome.
🛤️ We honor all recovery paths and meet you exactly where you are.
✨ Your recovery and healing can begin, or continue, right here, with people who understand.

📍 Thursdays at 6:30 PM
408 W Sugarloaf St., Heber Springs
📩 Message us for more info or just show up, we’ll be here!

Let’s walk this path together. You don’t have to do it alone.
