✨Monday evening Yoga Book Club at the library.✨

🌟This month’s book is The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra.

This is a really quick read. Pick it up at the library’s front desk.

Class is this Monday evening from 5:30-6:45p. We will have a 45min gentle flow with a 15-30min discussion on the book. You do not have to read the book to attend.

Reserve your spot in class on the Library’s Yoga Book Club events page or arrive 10-15min early to get checked-in and set up. Mats are available for use.

This class is FREE and everyone is welcome to attend. Hope to see you there! 💫

☀️ Rooftop Yoga continues one Saturday a month at MT Ascension Brewing! 🍻

Join us from 10:30-11:30a for a flow style class.

$16 a person and you will receive a free beverage card for MT Ascension Brewing.

🩷Join me for a yoga class in Feb! 🩷

2 class options:

💫Vinyasa (flow style) class at MT Ascension. $16 a person for a 1hr class and a free beverage card to use when you want at MT Ascension Brewing.

📚Gentle Flow class at the library for Yoga Book Club. This class is FREE. This is a 45min slower gentle style yoga class, followed by a 15-30min chat on the month’s chosen book. This month’s book is “Being Mortal” by Atul Gawande. It’s ok if you did not read the book, you are still welcome to join us. 💜

✅For either class you can sign-up ahead of time on either MT Ascension’s Events website or The Lewis & Clark Library’s Yoga Book Club webpage. You can also arrive to either class 15min early to get checked in.

🍻 Rooftop Yoga at MT Ascension Brewing the first Saturday of the month.
- 10:30-11:30a
- $16 per person
- Vinyasa (flow style) class: moderate effort.

📚 Yoga Book Club at The Lewis and Clark Library one day a month.
- 5:30-6:45p
- FREE
- Gentle Flow: gentle effort poses. Beginners encouraged to join.
- 45 min yoga class followed by 15-30min discussion on the book of the month.
- Borrow the book from the library’s front desk and read it before class. You do not have to read the book in order to attend, you are still welcome to join.
