Don't let the simple setup fool you... 👀
The half-kneeling landmine press is doing a lot more than just strengthening your shoulders.
By putting one knee on the ground, your body has to work harder to stabilize through your core and hips while your shoulder presses through a natural, joint-friendly path. That means you're training strength, balance, coordination, and stability all at once.
We love this exercise because it helps bridge the gap between isolated strength and real-life movement—whether you're reaching overhead, lifting something heavy, or getting back to the sports and activities you enjoy.
Sometimes the best exercises aren't the flashiest... they're the ones that teach your body to move better. 💪
