Two years... one brick at a time. 🧱💙
This month marks 2 years since I opened my private practice and 1 full year of doing this work full-time.
Looking back, I realize building a practice is a lot like building this tower... it doesn't happen overnight. It's built one step, one relationship, one challenge, and one leap of faith at a time.
I'm incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me, every colleague and referral partner who has believed in my work, and every friend and family member who has encouraged me along the way.
This past year has also helped me discover where my passion continues to grow: therapy intensives. I love creating space for people to make deep, meaningful progress in a focused way.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Here's to continuing to build something meaningful. 💙
