Oh my goodness this weeks swiss chard farro salad with roasted chickpeas and apples is so good, nutrient dense and so darn fancy! Who knew you could love a salad this much! Chard is one of those greens that holds up to cooler temps and we’re coming into apple season, so this little pretty will be back on the menu again this fall!
