Chasing Your Dreams ABA is growing! 💙

We are a local, BCBA-owned ABA company looking for a BCBA who wants flexibility, great pay, a manageable caseload, and the ability to work both remotely and in person.

✨ What we're offering:
🏡 HYBRID position — remote + in-person
⏰ 10–30 billable hours/week available — YOU choose your caseload
📅 Flexible weekday scheduling
🚗 Mileage reimbursement for approved travel between client locations
📍 Davidson County & Triad area
💻 Minimal administrative responsibilities
❤️ Supportive, BCBA-owned and operated company
🗺️ We work to geographically cluster caseloads whenever possible to reduce unnecessary driving

What we're looking for:

Current BCBA certification, active NC LBA license (preferred), NCTracks/NC Medicaid credentialing (preferred), reliable transportation, and someone who genuinely wants to provide quality, ethical ABA services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

This is a great opportunity for a BCBA looking to supplement an existing caseload or build a larger one without giving up flexibility.
