I love the human body. 🧠 I’ve taken over 5 Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, and Pathology courses from high school , through University, and into my professional career as a Massage Therapist. My knowledge and fascination with the workings of the human body was elevated to a whole another level once I started working with bodies for a living. ✨

Our bodies do so much for us in ways that we don’t even consider, and with that many systems, and intricate structures working together to help us function … There’s a lot that can go wrong.

🪢 All the muscles, ligaments, and tendons we have are interconnected to help us to accomplish our simple everyday activities.

Without proper care and upkeep, we run the risk of increased chances of accidents, sports , exercise, and/or overuse injuries.

👀So the next time you consider ignoring that pain, or skipping your appointment… consider the potential risks and think twice…
