Christmas arrived early in central Thailand with elephants wearing Santa hats spreading cheer and handing out face masks to primary school students.

What we eat plays a BIG role in how we feel🌱 this is such important information on World Mental Health Day, especially.

Today, fortunately, the burgeoning field of nutritional psychiatry is finding there are many consequences and correlations between not only what you eat, how you feel, and how you ultimately behave, but also the kinds of bacteria that live in your gut.”

The emerging field of nutritional psychiatry is finding that the food you eat directly affects the structure of your digestive tract, the function of your brain, and, ultimately, your mood.
