Any type of recovery requires you to choose a path and walk it.
It may not be pretty. It may not be fun. But you don’t have to walk that path alone.

The best connection starts with disconnecting.
Mark the date. Put the phone down. Go outside. Work with your hands. Meet someone new.
Aug 15th is Digital Relaxation Day, take the day to relax from your screens and connect with others and yourself.

The phone will be there when you come back.

To Our Neighbors and Local Communities

With wildfire smoke settling into our area, we wanted to share a simple way to help keep the air inside your home a little cleaner.
A basic box fan and furnace filter can be turned into an inexpensive DIY air filter that helps reduce smoke particles indoors. It doesn't take much to build, and during heavy smoke, something this simple can make a difference.
We’ve included an easy step-by-step instructions provided by Central Utah Public Health Department (CUPHD) so you can put one together at home.
During smoky conditions, keep doors and windows closed when possible and pay attention to local air-quality conditions. Please take extra care with children, older adults, pregnant women, and anyone with asthma or heart or lung conditions.

Take care of yourselves, check on your neighbors, and stay safe out there.

Our guys had already spent the morning working. When they were given the chance to head inside, cool off, and relax, they could have called it a day.
Instead, they chose to go back out and help.
Recovery isn’t just about getting your own life back. It’s about becoming the kind of man who shows up for others.

To the firefighters and first responders still out there: keep up the fight. Thank you for the long hours, hard work, and sacrifices you’re making to protect our communities.
And to our neighbors who have lost homes, farms, businesses, and pieces of the lives they’ve worked so hard to build, we feel your pain. We know what it’s like to watch fire take something you built, and we know the road back isn’t easy.
