Chocolate has quite the history! 🍫

Our residents enjoyed an afternoon with Alisa Crawford, who shared how chocolate was made, served, and enjoyed during colonial times. From stories of cooking over open hearths to tasting chocolate for themselves, everyone had a great time learning about this unique piece of history.

Yesterday, we held our annual County Fair right in our own backyard! Residents, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and staff alike enjoyed live music, delicious food, a petting zoo, and so much more.

Creating meaningful intergenerational experiences like these is what makes our community so special. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's County Fair such a memorable day!
