Mindful Together

Mindful Together We facilitate this growth via workshops, and guided meditations.

In a world where women feel disconnected and unseen, we provide a sanctuary for those seeking deeper connection- with themselves, their energy, and the infinite possibilities around them.

šŸŒ‘āœØ New Moon in Virgo
New moons are traditionally a time for new beginnings, setting intentions, and planting the seeds for what we want to grow next—and this Virgo New Moon feels a little less manifest your wildest dreams and a little more okay, what would actually make my everyday life feel better? šŸ˜‚
Virgo energy invites us to look at the small things: our routines, habits, boundaries, spaces, and the ways we care for ourselves. Instead of asking yourself to completely reinvent your life, this moon might be a good time to notice one small thing that would make your days feel more supportive, grounded, or manageable.

Tonight, take five minutes. Light a candle if you want. Make some tea. Sit outside. Grab your journal. Or do absolutely none of the aesthetically pleasing moon things and just get quiet for a minute.

Ask yourself:
What is working that I want to keep tending?
What could use a little more care or attention?
What small change would actually support the life I’m living right now?
You don't need ten intentions or a giant plan.
One small seed is enough. 🌱
Happy New Moon, friends. šŸ–¤

a limited-edition ritual collection for clearing, trusting + calling in.
I wanted this to be more than a cute collection of witchy things in a bag. I wanted you to be able to bring it home, make your tea, light a candle, work with the herbs, set an intention, scan the meditation…and actually give yourself some time to use it.

A little reminder of what I do—and why I do it.
I believe everyone can meditate. You don’t need to clear your mind, sit perfectly still, or suddenly become a person who owns 14 crystals and greets the moon. šŸ˜‚ You just need a few minutes and a willingness to pause.
I also believe everyone deserves at least five minutes a day that belongs entirely to them—to breathe, ground, reconnect, and remember that rest is not something you have to earn by completely exhausting yourself first.
That’s really the heart of Mindful Together. Through Reiki, meditation, Yoga Nidra, intentional gatherings, and a little grounded woo, I create spaces to slow down and put some of what you’ve been carrying down for a while.
✨ My next Yoga Nidra is September 27, and if bringing a little ritual into your everyday life is more your speed, you can also find my handmade intention sprays, bath rituals, and other small-batch goodies at Salty Moon Mercantile or in my online shop.
You don’t have to overhaul your life. Sometimes you just need somewhere to exhale. 🌿

Explore Reiki, meditation coaching, and women's circles designed to reconnect you with your inner peace and wholeness. Join us for gentle, supportive practices.

✨ A little folklore. A lot of deep rest.

This month, my Women’s Voices Yoga Nidra Series turns to Taylor Swift and the quiet, reflective world of folklore—storytelling, memory, identity, the paths we took (and the ones we didn’t), and the stories we carry with us.

Join me September 27 from 2–4 PM for an immersive Yoga Nidra experience inspired by those themes. You’ll get cozy, lie down, and let me guide you into deep rest—no yoga poses and no meditation experience needed. We’ll even have some Taylor playing afterward while we ease our way back into the world. šŸ¤

I have just a handful of spots left (and a few Swiftie friendship bracelets waiting for their people 🄰).

If folklore has a special place in your heart—or you just really need two hours where nobody needs anything from you—I’d love to have you there.

šŸŒ‘āœØ The sky is doing the absolute most this week…
With the New Moon, solar eclipse, Lion’s Gate energy, and Perseid meteor shower, it feels like a pretty perfect time to pause, reflect, and make a little space for what’s next.
I’m offering a FREE 30-minute virtual guided meditation Wednesday evening — grounding, intention, release, and a little bit of possibility. No manifestation homework required. šŸ˜‰
Want to join? Comment BEGIN below or message me and I’ll send you the Zoom invitation. 🌿✨

Local people! Before everything starts back up… how about an hour for you?

The week before school starts has its own particular kind of chaos. Schedules are changing, lists are growing, everyone needs something, and somehow we’re already mentally three weeks ahead.

So on Monday, August 10th and 17th I’m offering my 1:1 Ground & Reset Sessions for $75 — normally $90.

This is a quiet, one-hour, in-person session created for the woman whose nervous system feels a little too ā€œon.ā€ We’ll slow things down with gentle grounding or meditation, Reiki, and plenty of space to simply settle and receive.

No fixing. No performing. No need to arrive calm or have anything figured out.

Just one hour where nobody needs anything from you.

Come overwhelmed. Come scattered. Come tired. I’ll meet you there.

If you’ve been wanting to experience some of my work from home, I’m offering a virtual Full Moon guided meditation tomorrow evening at 7pm. Tickets are just $7.
Some of my virtual offerings are free or donation-based, while others, like this one, have a small fee. Those paid offerings help me continue creating free and reduced-cost opportunities for people who may not otherwise be able to participate.
One of my goals is to offer at least one free community spot each month in my in-person Yoga Nidra experiences—and every paid registration helps me move toward that. šŸ’›
So come get cozy, grab a blanket and some tea, and spend a little time under the Full Moon with me. šŸŒ•
Rest for yourself, while helping make rest a little more accessible for someone else.

Book a SessionYou don’t need to prepare. You don’t need to know what to say. You don’t need to show up calm. You just need to arrive as you are.*** And if you don’t see a time that works for you, reach out- we can likely find something that fits both of our schedules***

Apparently sometimes you teach the lesson you need to hear yourself. šŸ˜‚
Yesterday, I taught a class about receiving—how difficult it can be for those of us who are used to caring for everyone else to actually allow ourselves to receive care, rest, help, and love.
Somewhere in the middle of teaching it, I had the very sophisticated realization of:
Oh. Duh. This applies to me too. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø
So this week, I’m practicing. More rest. Time with people I love. A massage. Good food. Letting myself be cared for without immediately feeling the need to give something back.
We talk so much about not pouring from an empty cup, while somehow assuming our cup is the exception.
It isn’t.
Rest. Hydrate. Receive. Let people love you. And maybe don’t wait until the cup is bone dry to fill the thing.ā¤ļø

Just a little reminder that we’re one week away from our next Yoga Nidra experience.
On the 26th, we’ll continue my series inspired by powerful female songwriters with the warmth and wisdom of Carole King—an afternoon to slow down, quiet the noise, and give your nervous system some much-needed space to rest. Held at Breathing Space in FV.
No yoga experience needed. No poses to master. Just come get comfortable, breathe, and let yourself be cared for for a little while. šŸ’›
