This infringes on the 1st Amendment freedom of religion and freedom of speech. Tarot reading should not be illegal ANYWHERE. Pagans have just as much of a right to make a living as any other religion. I don't believe these laws should be allowed because it breaks the separation of church and state, it breaks the first amendment. It is wrong. I want to write Congress about this and I encourage everyone to do the same. It's time for equality, it's time to stop being divided because we are different. Pagans we need to stand up for ourselves. First they remove paganism from the military as a religious option now this. Mind you I know this is a very old law in all of these states, but if they're willing to go after one of us because we want to make a living doing what we love helping people that is wrong. If that's the case a Christian pastor shouldn't be allowed to take offerings for their Church. This world is hard enough to live in they need to stop suppressing people.
