Hey Crystal River, Florida! I'm baaaack!! Come join me for gentle yoga at Sculpt & Flow Studios on Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30am! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am I'll be teaching a strong balance building flow at Epic Health & Fitness Crystal River - see you there! You can also join me for some SUP/kayak tours throughout the week and SUP yoga on Sundays at 10AM with Water’s Edge Adventures with Lena and Scotty ! If you want to try out an amazing water sport, Nature Coast Dragon Boat Club of Citrus County is the place to be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4pm and Saturdays at 8am.

Join Becca at YogaThon 2026 for Gentle Flow + Breathwork—a calming, all-levels practice designed to help you reconnect with your breath, body, and intentions.

Becca is a Gaja-certified 200-hour yoga teacher, Total Wellbeing Coach, and teacher of Ayurvedic health and Primordial Sound Meditation. Her own journey began as she used meditation and Ayurveda to heal from anxiety and stress, inspiring her to help others create happier, healthier, and more harmonious lives.

Her class will blend pranayama, flowing poses with accessible modifications, mindful intention-setting, and mudras. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Becca will offer a welcoming space to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with purpose. 💗

Becca began practicing yoga in 2002 at Colorado State University and continued discovering her love of mindful movement throughout her travels from Colorado to Montana and Florida. Away from the mat, she enjoys paddleboarding, dragon boating, dancing, traveling, and adventuring with her wife, Sara, and their two kittos, Makai and Mauka.
