If you’re struggling with getting the kids off to school on time due to tangled hair then you’re going to want to learn about this easy (and completely natural) DIY Hair Detangler!

You’ll Need:
-4 ounce (preferably glass) spray bottle
-2 tbs. Vitamin E oil
-2 tbs. Glycerin
-6-10 drops Lavender essential oil

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in the spray bottle and fill with water. Shake, then spray on wet or dry hair as a natural detangling spray or leave-in conditioner. Brushing hair should be a breeze!

Whether it be the feeling of anxiousness of starting a new school year or the overwhelm experienced by too much homework or an upcoming test, using the correct essential oils can play a huge role in promoting calmness.

Try creating a pocket-sized diffuser stick by melting half a tablespoon of coconut oil and half a tablespoon of beeswax together, slowly adding 10 drops of Vetiver and 10 drops of Lavender once removed from the heatsource. Pour the mixture into an old chapstick container and teach your kids the most appropriate times and ways to apply or simply inhale!
