🌱 Bye-Bye Weeds... Naturally!

If you’re looking for a simple way to tackle stubborn weeds without reaching for harsh chemicals, this DIY spray is worth trying.

🍃 What You’ll Need:

• 10 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil

• Water or cleaning vinegar

• 8 oz spray bottle

✨ Directions:

1️⃣ Add ingredients to an 8 oz spray bottle.

2️⃣ Shake well.

3️⃣ Spray directly onto weeds during a sunny part of the day until fully saturated.

4️⃣ Let nature do the rest!

⚠️ Important: Cinnamon Bark is powerful! Be careful not to spray nearby flowers, vegetables, or plants you want to keep.

Body chemistry is different for people, some people rarely get bit by bugs and others are magnets!! The itch the bite causes iis something that drives me crazy, I try not to scratch BUT I always tend to fail at the attempt. UNTIL I discovered this fantastic roller bottle recipe that soothes the itch and allows it to heal.
Take a 5 mL roller bottle add 10 drops each of lemon, lavender and peppermint. Top off with a carrier oil of your choice, shake and apply to area of concern.
Peppermint oil is an effective natural remedy for soothing mosquito bites. The naturally occurring menthol provides a rapid cooling and numbing sensation that distracts from the itch, while its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce swelling and redness.
Lavender essential oil is highly regarded for treating mosquito bites. Its natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties help reduce swelling, calm the skin, and provide fast relief from itching.

Recently I have been dealing with sinus issues from vog and seasonal allergies. Then I remembered a roller blend I made years ago and had great results using. In a 10 mL roller bottle add 6 drops each of breathe, lime and frankincense oils from doTERRA. Top off with your favorite carrier oil and apply over the forehead and along cheekbones and behind the ears. You can repeat as needed. Normally it takes a couple applications for me to get it under control. After applying I massage it in small circles
Breathe opens airways and eases congestion.
Lime will help reduce inflammation and facial pressure.
