EJYS Homes For You LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!
📍 Location:
1957 Hoover Court, Suite 307
Hoover, AL 35226
🕗 Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Full-Time)

Minimum Duties
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Greet clients, visitors, and applicants professionally.
Maintain client and employee files.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist with hiring paperwork and onboarding.
Enter data accurately and maintain office records.
Prepare and organize documents.
Assist with payroll and timesheets as assigned.
Monitor office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
✔ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Fast learner with attention to detail
✔ Self-starter who can work independently
✔ Energetic and positive attitude
✔ Assertive and confident problem-solver
✔ Friendly, professional, and a true people person
✔ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
✔ Previous administrative or office experience preferred
