The NADA Protocol is a gentle, standardized 5-point ear acupuncture treatment used worldwide as a complementary therapy to support recovery, emotional wellness, and nervous system regulation. It involves placing up to five sterile needles in each ear while you relax quietly for approximately 30–45 minutes. It is intended to complement—not replace—medical and behavioral health treatment.
