Enchanted Art & Healing With over 10 years as a LCSW, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals find balance, peace, and healing. Love and Light!

My journey as a therapist has been enriched by my passion for holistic and herbal medicine, as well as creativity and art. At Enchanted Art and Healing, I am redefining the therapeutic experience by blending the transformative power of holistic wellness with the creative expression of art. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact that therapy can have on individuals seeking balance and healing in their lives. However, I believe that true healing goes beyond traditional methods. My business is built on the foundation of integrative wellness, incorporating my passion for holistic and herbal medicine with therapeutic art practices. This unique approach not only addresses the mental and emotional aspects of well-being but also nurtures the physical and spiritual through nature-inspired healing. The fairy-themed practice reflects this deep connection to the natural world, creating an enchanting and welcoming environment for clients to explore their inner selves and heal.

*For investors*
I am seeking investment to expand my business offerings, enhance processing speed, and reach a broader audience. With your support, we can grow Enchanted Art and Healing into a leading center for holistic wellness, offering workshops, retreats, and products that promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle. This approach is not just about healing; it's about creating a magical journey towards self-discovery and well-being, one that resonates with the growing demand for natural and holistic health solutions. I hope to make holistic healing an accessible and enchanting experience for all. Together, we can transform lives, one enchanted step at a time!

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear in therapy is that setting boundaries means pushing people away.

It doesn’t.

Healthy boundaries aren’t walls built to keep everyone out. They’re doors with locks. They allow you to decide who you welcome in, when you have the capacity, and what feels safe for you.

The truth is, not everyone will like your boundaries. People who benefited from unlimited access to your time, energy, or emotional labor may struggle when that access changes. That doesn’t automatically mean your boundary is wrong.

Yarrow has long been associated with protection and resilience. While traditions around herbs vary, I love using it as a reminder that we can be kind without abandoning ourselves, compassionate without carrying everyone else’s burdens, and connected without leaving the door unlocked all the time.

So here’s your Saturday Exhale:

You don’t have to lock everyone out.

You just get to decide who has a key. 🌿

🌿 THE SATURDAY EXHALE

Have you ever sat staring at something you need to do, fully aware that you need to do it, getting increasingly stressed because you’re NOT doing it… but you still can’t seem to make yourself start?

Now, before you decide this is proof that you’re lazy, let’s talk about what’s actually happening—because bullying yourself clearly isn’t working.

Executive functioning is what helps us move from “I need to do this” to actually doing the thing.

And sometimes, that process just gets stuck.

You know what needs to be done. You may even want to do it. But knowing and starting are two very different things.

The problem is, while you’re stuck, you’re probably also thinking about ALL the things you should be doing. Which makes you more overwhelmed. Which makes it even harder to start.

See the problem?

So make it smaller.

Don’t clean the kitchen. Take the trash out and clean off a small space.

Don’t catch up on everything. ANSWER one email.

Don’t organize the bedroom. Pick up the clothes on the floor.

Stop asking yourself how you’re going to get everything done and ask: What is the smallest thing I can do next?

Sometimes getting unstuck isn’t about finding more motivation. It’s about giving your brain a starting point it can actually handle.

🌿 A gentle nudge from Rosemary:

Rosemary has been associated with memory and remembrance for centuries, which feels pretty fitting here.

Try using it as a simple sensory reset—rub a fresh leaf between your fingers, notice the scent, and bring yourself back to what’s right in front of you.

Then pick one thing. Not ten. One. The rest can wait.

How many of us are walking through life carrying things that were never ours to carry in the first place?

As children, we adapt. We become the caregiver, the peacemaker, the achiever, the strong one, or the invisible one because those roles help us survive the world we're growing up in. The problem is, we often carry those roles—and the guilt, responsibility, expectations, and fear that came with them—long into adulthood.

Healing isn't about blaming the people who handed us the backpack. It isn't about pretending those experiences never happened, either. It's about opening the backpack, looking at what's inside, and asking one simple question:

Is this actually mine to carry?

That question became the foundation for my workbook, What Was Never Yours to Carry. My hope is that it helps you begin releasing the things that no longer belong in your backpack while holding onto the parts of your story that truly do.

I'd love to hear from you. Which role did you learn to play as a child? 💚
