Soft Sundays are officially a thing over here!

Imagine ending your weekend with hot towels, aromatherapy, deep relaxation, and a nervous system reset instead of going into Monday already stressed.

I’ll be available this Sunday for massage appointments, and these spots won’t last long. Sundays are quickly becoming one of my favorite days to work because the energy is just different.

Receiving a massage is not a performance.
You do not need to help me.

One of the biggest things I notice as a therapist is how hard it is for some people to simply receive.

If I lift your arm, I don’t need you to hold it up for me.
If I move your head, I don’t need you to move it yourself.
If I stretch your leg, I need you to let the weight of your body go so the stretch can actually happen.

The work is most effective when you stop “doing” and allow yourself to be supported.

A lot of people stay subtly engaged during massage without realizing it:
• holding their breath
• bracing
• anticipating movement
• trying to help
• staying mentally “on”

But tension can’t fully release if your body is still trying to stay in control.

When you get on my table, there is NOTHING I need you to do except breathe, soften, and allow yourself to receive!!!!

Let your body be heavy!
Let me support the weight!
Let the nervous system realize it is safe to let go!

Massage is not just about muscles.
Sometimes the hardest part for people is surrendering enough to receive care. 💫
