School's out. Summer is here. And your teen might still be struggling.

Mental health doesn't take summers off.

Anxiety. Depression. Big feelings. Social stress. Identity questions.

These don't disappear just because there are no report cards.

In fact, summer can make mental health harder, less structure, more alone time with thoughts, more pressure to "enjoy it."

If your teen is struggling, summer is the perfect time to get support.

No school stress. Just skill-building. Just healing. Just space to grow.

We're here.

Call or visit our website to book a consultation.

Summer arguments escalate fast.

One minute you're discussing chores. The next minute, voices are raised, things are said that can't be unsaid, and everyone's triggered.

You need a circuit breaker. This is it.

The STOP Skill—a DBT tool that interrupts the emotional hijack:

S - STOP. Pause. Even 5 seconds changes everything.
T - TAKE A STEP BACK. Leave the room. Splash water on your face. Create distance.
O - OBSERVE. What am I feeling? What are they feeling? Get curious, not reactive.
P - PROCEED MINDFULLY. What's the wise response, not the reactive one?

Sometimes it's: "We're both heated. Let's take a break."
Sometimes it's: "I hear you. That sounds hard."
Sometimes it's: "I got defensive. Let me try again."

Teach this to your teen. Practice it together. It works.

Report cards are in. Friendships changed. The year didn't go the way you hoped.

Now what?

𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸.

It's not about pretending everything is fine. It's about stopping the fight with reality, so you can actually move forward.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄:
1. 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘁 - What's one thing about this year that's hard to accept?

2. 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝘁 - Where do you notice that resistance in your body? Chest? Shoulders? Stomach?

3. 𝗦𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘁 - "This happened. I can't change it. But I can choose what's next."

4. 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗶𝘁 - What becomes possible if I accept this completely?

This may open the most honest conversation of the season.
Try it tonight. See what happens.

"I'm bored!" School is almost out, and many teens will spend the whole summer staring at screens.

Without the daily schedule of school, it is easy for teens to feel lost. This can quickly turn into bad moods, stress, or hiding away in their rooms.

Give them a reset before the summer slump starts!

Our 𝗗𝗕𝗧 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 (𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟴-𝟭𝟴) is a 4-day program. It teaches teens and tweens real tools to handle big feelings, beat stress, and stay strong.

Instead of fighting over screen time this summer, help them learn habits that last a lifetime.

→ Small groups so everyone fits in.
→ Led by experts who truly understand teens.
→ Easy skills they can actually use every day.

𝗜𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

Maybe your child struggled. Maybe you did. Maybe nothing went the way you hoped.

Here's a tool that could help: 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

It doesn't mean everything is fine with what happened during the school year. It means you stop fighting what already happened, and start moving forward.

𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝟰-𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲:

𝟭. 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘀: What are you having trouble accepting? A grade? A choice? A hard moment?

𝟮. 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝘁: Where does that hurt live in your body? Your chest? Your stomach?

𝟯. 𝗦𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱: "This happened. I can't change it. But I can choose what's next."

𝟰. 𝗔𝘀𝗸: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄? If you stopped fighting reality, what could you do with that energy instead?

This doesn't erase pain. But it makes room for healing.

𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆. It might be the most honest talk you've had all school year.

Who am I, and what actually matters?

This 𝗗𝗕𝗧 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 helps teens separate their true values from social pressure. It moves the conversation from what they are achieving to who they are becoming.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿: 𝗔 𝗗𝗕𝗧 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀

Helping your teen identify what matters to THEM, not what they've been told should matter.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟭 | Brainstorm (3 Mins): Write down everything that matters to you.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟮 | Top Five: Circle the five that feel most essential to who you are.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟯 | The Audit: Ask of each: "Is this my value, or one I've been told to have?"

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟰 | The Action: What is one small step I can take to express a value this week?

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Try this with your teen this week. The conversation it opens is essential.
