David Klaproth Hypnosis Hypnosis via Zoom for stress/anxiety, fears/phobias, tobacco, self-improvement. By appointment only. To help you improve in the areas that mean the most to you.

The mission of Haven Hypnosis Austin is to, in a nonjudgmental way, provide hope. To help you feel better about the person you are and want to be. Hypnosis works on the principal of ‘suggestibility', but you cannot be made to say or do anything that conflicts with your personal ethics and/or desires while you are in that state of suggestibility. Furthermore, it is a natural, drug-free modality which helps many people overcome the fears/anxieties and subconscious "blocks" that have been holding them back so they can achieve their various self-improvement goals. If you are dealing with stress, anxiety, have fears or phobias, a smoking or tobacco habit, diminished work performance, low self-esteem, seeking greater success, or you simply want to be more successful and happy in life or improve your artistic or athletic performance, allow me to help you unify your mind, body, emotions and behavior, while creating a realistic approach to meet your goals. When you know what you want but cannot seem to get there, call and find the help that could lead you to success. Please do not hesitate to email me with questions about the suitability of your needs and hypnosis or hypnotherapy as an agent of change. Hypnosis sessions with Haven Hypnosis Austin are not covered by insurance and is billed via credit card starting at $185 per session. I invite you to experience the effectiveness of hypnosis to help you accomplish your self-improvement goals. Your subconscious mind is always listening and paying attention.

It responds to the words you repeat and the mental pictures you create every day. Over time, those thoughts become instructions.

If you constantly tell yourself, "This job is killing me," your mind begins looking for ways to make leaving feel like the solution. If you keep saying, "I always mess up when it matters most," your subconscious starts treating that as the expected outcome.

Your mind isn't trying to hold you back. It's simply acting on the programming it has been given.

The good news is that programming can change.

Start speaking to yourself the way you want your life to unfold. Create clear mental images of the person you want to become instead of replaying what you fear. The more often you repeat those thoughts and pictures, the more familiar—and believable—they become to your subconscious mind.

Your subconscious doesn't argue with you—it practices what you repeatedly tell it. Every thought you repeat is like another rehearsal. Eventually, what you've rehearsed becomes what feels natural.

Change your mind, and you'll change your life.
