The New Moon is a time of beginnings, intention setting, and quiet inward reflection. It invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and plant seeds for what we wish to grow.
In Ta**us, this energy becomes earthy, sensual, and grounded. Ta**us teaches us to:
Build stability and security
Connect to the body and physical senses
Cultivate self-worth and abundance
Move slowly, intentionally, and sustainably
This is not about rushing manifestation—this is about rooting into it.

Co-ed and PG gathering, no nudity or sexual activity will occur at this event. location is a private residence in the Heights. Please Dm to confirm you are going and get the address.
This gathering is donation-based, suggested donation is $22 or pay what you can.
Sh***ri rope will be provided and optional to participate. You may tie yourself or be tied by the facilitator for the meditation.

As the equinox arrives and the seasons begin to shift, it always brings me back to this time of year and the gathering that has become such a meaningful marker in my life. I first attended Medicine for the People in 2021, and the medicine I received there was so powerful that it continues to ripple through my life and the lives of those around me. Since then, I’ve returned each year—teaching workshops, volunteering in the kitchen and at the front gate, and even helping coordinate one season.
This festival has become more than just an event for me. It’s a space where community comes together to heal, connect, and simply be. It has supported me in deepening as a teacher and facilitator while also giving me the freedom to show up as my most authentic self and let my inner child come out to play.
This year, I’m honored to be teaching two workshops in the Women’s Yin Temple: Somatic Sisterhood and Deepening Boundaries. If you feel called to gather, grow, and celebrate the changing of the seasons in community, I would love for you to join me there. 🌿✨

🌕✨ For the past seven years I’ve been gathering under the Full Moon, holding space for reflection, release, and renewal. Each ceremony is different, yet the energy is always transformative. When we come together in community, something shifts. Hearts soften. Intentions clarify. Gratitude expands.

This next Full Moon will carry that same magic, a reminder of how powerful it is to pause, breathe, and connect with one another under her light. These moments continue to teach me how healing it is to be witnessed and how beautiful it feels to grow together in sacred rhythm with the moon 🌙🤍

Be the vibe while drawing others in. Stand in your truth and let your glow Inspire those around you.

Visiting family in Oregon while walking through a nature trail. I stopped occasionally to embrace my yoga practice, embodying presence and peace in each pose. As I moved intuitively, my little cousin joined in, following my lead with a playful smile. It reminded me of the power of energy—how simply being authentic and in tune with yourself can inspire others to step into their own light.

Our practice was a beautiful dance of connection, trust, and curiosity. when we show up fully as ourselves, we not only nourish our own spirit but also empower those around us to do the same.

May your practice today radiate outwards, encouraging others to catch your shine. 🌟
