If you’re reading this with a heavy heart, this is for you. 🤍
Depression has a way of making you believe that nothing will ever change. It tells you you’re alone, forgotten, and too far gone. But feelings don’t always tell the truth.
God isn’t waiting for you to “feel better” before He comes close. He’s with you in the silence, the tears, the sleepless nights, and even on the days when getting out of bed feels like a victory.
The Bible never says we’ll never face hard seasons. It does promise that we don’t have to walk through them alone.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28
If all you can pray today is, “God, help me,” that’s enough. He hears whispered prayers just as clearly as the loud ones.
This is your reminder: your current season is not your final destination. Your story isn’t over, and neither is God’s work in your life.
Take it one breath, one prayer, and one day at a time.
If this spoke to you, leave a 🤍 so I can pray for you this week. You’re not walking through this alone.
