Be honest — how many tabs are open in your mind right now? The to-dos, the "don't forget that thing," the 2am spirals... your brain was built to have ideas, not to hold all of them.

So I made you a free one-page Brain Dump Worksheet — mood check, non-negotiables, and a spot for every random thought taking up space. Comment BRAIN and I'll send it straight to you.

I love crafting. But I’m still hiding from the cricut machines. 🙃😂.

My daughter and I recreated a teacher gift-inspired by Jasmine Camble | Houston Content Creator .

We got the last pencil dispenser from our local Walmart and the Teacher’s name stickers & jewels from Michaels Stores .

The teacher loved it and Ella and I made one more craft to round out our summer fun!

Last night we enjoyed UniverSoul Circus !!!!! They are truly a talented and hard working group of individuals! It was the best time from start to finish! They are here until August 2…and I would highly recommend this Circus.

There were so many great parts and I don’t want to spoil the show for anyone. (Plus I’m literally screaming 😱 throughout the show!) 🫣😂😂😂.

Yolanda Adams was honored as well!

Have you ever been to Universoul Circus? 🤡 Amazing artists, in my opinion!!

Part 3 of 3.

Your feelings are messengers — not instructions.

Here's what becomes possible once you're back in your window: you get to respond instead of react.

Reacting is automatic — emotion grabs the wheel and your oldest patterns drive. Responding is a choice — you pause, you feel it, you check the story you're telling, you soften the thought, and then you choose, from your values.

This was never about willpower. It's a practice. Five small steps, again and again, until the new way quietly becomes the automatic way. That's how you rewire.

Pause… then pivot. Part 3 of 3 — you've got the whole map now. 🤍

Save the 5 steps · tell me which one is hardest for you....

Regulators, Mount Up

Part 2 of 3.

Knowing you're dysregulated is step one. Knowing what to actually do about it is step two; and "just calm down" has never worked a day in its life.

If you've climbed too high (anxious, spinning, can't sit still), you come down: long exhales, name five things you can see, cool water on your wrists.

If you've dropped too low (numb, heavy, flat), you climb up: move your body, get into light and air, reach for a safe person.

Different direction — same destination. Back to center, back to your window.

Pick the rung you need today. Save this for the moment you'll need it (because you will, and that's okay).

Part 2 of 3. 🤍

Part 1 of 3.

High-functioning is not the same as regulated. 🤍

You can be running the meeting, hitting the deadline, holding it all together — and still be living right at the edge of your window of tolerance.

Your window is the zone where you’re calm, clear, and steady. Where you can feel your feelings and still choose your next move. Tip too high and you’re racing, anxious, on edge. Drop too low and you go numb, foggy, checked-out. Most of the women I work with don’t notice they’ve left their window — they just call it “being busy.”

Awareness is the first step back. So: where on the dial are you living today?

Save this and come back to it the next time you feel yourself sliding. Part 1 of 3 in this nervous-system series. 🤍

Save it · share it with a friend who runs hot or shuts down
