Este taller ofrece un espacio claro y humano para comprender el burnout femenino y diferenciarlo de una respuesta de trauma, dos experiencias que con frecuencia se confunden. Exploraremos las señales silenciosas del agotamiento —irritabilidad, desconexión, sobrecarga mental, perfeccionismo, culpa y más— junto con las defensas que usamos para seguir adelante sin pedir ayuda.
Compartiremos herramientas prácticas para regular el sistema nervioso, recuperar energía y establecer límites sanos. También hablaremos del rol de la inteligencia artificial como apoyo cotidiano, sin sustituir la conexión humana. Un encuentro para reconectar contigo y con tus seres queridos desde la claridad, la fuerza y la compasión.
