Make it fit your day.
Repeat it consistently.
That’s it. 💜

Recovery doesn’t need more trends. It needs the right plan. 💜
Before adding a new treatment, tool, or activity to your recovery routine, take a moment to ask:
What is this supposed to help with?
Has my surgeon or provider cleared it?
Is it appropriate for where I am in recovery?
Does the expected benefit actually match my recovery goals?

Being proactive is a good thing — but more isn’t always better.
Your surgeon’s instructions and your individual recovery plan should always come first.

Gentle doesn’t mean ineffective. 💜

With lymphatic massage, light pressure and intentional movement matter more than force. Understanding why a technique is used can make the whole process feel less confusing — and that’s something we’ll be talking more about very soon.

More lymphedema education is coming this October.

Your lymphatic system doesn’t need extremes — it benefits from consistent support. 💜
A short walk. Regular movement. Staying hydrated throughout the day. Making space for rest and recovery.
These small habits may not feel dramatic, but building them into a steady routine can support lymphatic health and overall wellness over time.
✨ Think rhythm over extremes.
✨ Think consistency over perfection.

Lymphatic massage isn’t about deep pressure. 💜

Gentle, slow, intentional movements are key when supporting lymphatic flow. Technique matters more than force.

More lymphatic education is coming soon.

Going into an appointment with a few notes can make it much easier to explain what you’ve been experiencing. 💜
If you’re discussing possible lipedema symptoms, consider documenting:
- swelling or shape changes
- pain, tenderness, bruising, or heaviness
- when symptoms first started
- what seems to make them better or worse
- the questions you want to ask
You don’t have to remember everything on the spot.
A little preparation can help you have a clearer conversation with your healthcare provider.

Post-op swelling has a reason. 👀💜

Your body is healing, and your lymphatic system is working behind the scenes to help manage fluid along the way.
Understanding what’s happening in your body can make recovery feel a little less confusing. ✨

Your dry brush might deserve a spot in your self-care routine 👀💜

Gentle, simple, and all about supporting your lymphatic wellness. The key? Light pressure — not aggressive brushing.

Have you tried dry brushing yet?

Lymphedema management can feel overwhelming when every piece of advice feels separate.
Compression. Skin care. Movement. Self-care. Tracking symptoms.
But the goal isn’t to collect more random tips.

It’s to create a routine you understand and can return to consistently. 💜

Our lymphedema resources organize daily management around practical habits like skin checks, prescribed compression, self-care, movement and tracking changes.

And this October, we’re preparing something new to take that education even further.

For now, save this carousel and start with the basics.

Your lymphatic system is made up of more than most people realize — and understanding the basics can make daily management feel a lot less confusing. 💜

We’re working on something new for the lymphedema community this October, designed to bring the education together in a more practical, step-by-step way.

More soon.
